Using testimonials is a delicate matteras many people, understandably, do not want to be able to be identified; this means it is not an option to use mediums such as Google reviews, etc. as these can identify them. Where written ones are given to me I use first names only, or "anon", to ensure comconfidentiality.
Thank you for all your help – you very much got me back on my feet and I am truly, truly grateful to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
'I worked with Helen over a number of months to help uncover my underlying beliefs, create healthier boundaries and help deal with my anxiety & fears. Helen's approach was very personal, caring & holistic and she helped me see new perspectives & build up some new ways of thinking to be more resilient & less affected by everything which had been emotionally pulling me around. I am very grateful & appreciative for our time together!'
Thank you very much again for everything!
“A few months ago, suddenly and unexpectedly, I found myself at a personal ad professional crossroads with no idea about which path to take. Procrastination soon became my best friend-until I took some advice from a friend and has some professional coaching from Helen. I’m now happily self-employed with a clear idea of how best to develop my personal skills in the business world. It’s ben a real game changer for me, giving me the potential for a winning hand! Thank you so very much, Helen.”
I suffered from a terrible car crash last year and haven't been able to get back in a car since without having panic attacks. My friend told me about this therapy and I thought it was worth a try. I can't believe how effective it has been After just three sessions I am now driving- and without feeling terrified. It is really quite an amazing therapy and I thoroughly recommend it t anyone who has undergone a trauma like me. Thanks so much Helen- you have helped me get my life back.
'I've recently had a few EMDR sessions with Helen. I've been suffering with the acute effects of trauma including terrible flashbacks and nightmares. I had heard very positive things about Helen and EMDR and went into the process with an open mind although if I am honest I was unsure how waving fingers in front of my eyes could really help with the suffering I was experiencing. I now appreciate that there is more to EMDR than finger waving! What Helen and EMDR have been able to do is to take the 'grip' of the trauma away from me in the moments when I am triggered by it. The memories certainly haven’t gone but I am now able to manage the thoughts in a rational way without unnecessary suffering. Anyone who suffers or has suffered from acute trauma will understand how significant and huge that is! Thank you so much Helen from the bottom of my heart.' Jon
I found having the time and space to think about what I really wanted and working out how to achieve it immensely useful. Helen Is a very stabilising and supportive coach and helped me get through an uncertain and scary time. I now feel secure and excited as I carry on my new career path. I would strongly recommend her if you want to make changes to your life. Thanks Helen.
I came to see Helen when I was in a bad place; anxious and struggling to find any joy in life. She helped me to look at why I was feeling like that- I wasn't crazy or weak, just suffering from a normal reaction o a difficult time. Just knowing that helped tremendously. I can't say enough how much it meant to me to have Helen by my side to help me through. She is understanding and helped me recognise who I really am underneath all my fear. I am now emerging as who I feel that i really am and it's so much nicer! I recommend her to anyone who wants to live their lives more fully and get a better understanding of themselves.
